• Two members of the same household may use separate accounts from the same device or IP address, but Pokko must be informed in advance.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal on Pokko. This is for your own protection — to ensure no one else can withdraw funds from your account.

The following will be required for KYC:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport (front and back).
• A selfie holding your NID in front of you.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method if required (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash app).

Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Once verified, you won't need to go through the process again — however, Pokko may request re-verification at any time, particularly for large withdrawals.

The following rules apply to all deposits made on Pokko:

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 20x — meaning you need to place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• Each offer can only be claimed once per account — using multiple accounts to claim the same offer is strictly prohibited.
• Pokko reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• A bonus may only apply to specific games or markets — this will be stated in the relevant terms.

If bonus abuse is proven — such as using multiple accounts, fake deposits, or system manipulation — the account will be permanently closed. In such cases, bonuses and winnings will be forfeited, though the original deposit will be returned.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed — however, you may use the cash out feature to partially or fully withdraw before settlement.
